Microsoft develops TV Messenger service which enable Windows Live Messenger user to watch and share video content at MSN Video while chatting with friends or family. Microsoft even cooperates with Channel 4 and EMI to provide contents in MSN Video, including Channel 4 popular clips and bestseller music video from EMI. Meanwhile, Jack Flanagan, Executive Vice President for comScore Networks, said that today watching video is the third most popular online activity in Europe.
